Return & Exchange Policy


If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we are here to help! The All Day Fit Shop will work with you to return or exchange product within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for a different size or product, or for a refund to the original payment method.

 

Please note the following exceptions to our Return & Exchange policy:

  • Items $10 or less are final sale
  • Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must have tags still on them
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

 

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  1. Email admin@alldayfit.com with your Order Number and reason for Return or Exchange
  2. An All Day Fit staff member will provide you with Return Shipping Instructions
    1. There will be a small fee associated with creating Return Shipping Labels through Canada Post
  3. Once your product is on it’s way back to us please share the tracking details
  4. We will then process your return or ship out the new product

 

Return FAQ’s

How long does it take to receive my refund or replacement product?

We will work as fast as we can but we are a small operation! Please allow for 2 weeks for everything to be processed and completed. We will stay in communication with you so that you know what is going on at every step!

 

Are there any shipping fees I need to pay to return my item?

Yes, you will be responsible for purchasing return shipping labels to send any items back to us.
